Luke Gunner 77bk ROTJ

Hi guys,

I have just bought a Luke gunner 77bk and although I need it to complete my ROTJ collection I was wondering if I paid over the top?

How much is a MINT condition Carded Figure like this worth?

The only defect is a yellowed bubble and very very minor edge wear, with no cracks, dents or dings to the bubble and no creases or spider veins to the card, literally near flawless.

It very much depends on the condition but i'd say around the 100 mark. A mint example with a clear bubble would fetch much more.

How much did you pay? Can fetch quite a bit that card.

Hi,

I paid £114 including P&P, but the guy assures me that it would grade an AFA90, which probably means about an 85, but does suggest its as good as he says it is. The back story is that he has had it for £25 years and it has been stored in a star case for the last 2 or so.

I thought it would be worth around £150, that was my limit anyway.

Hey Bram, this is always a desirable character on this cardback. It does look very nice. I would say the bubble might limit it to an 80 as it is very yellow. I cant say for certain though.

I would tend to agree with Josh. I would say you paid about the right price to be fair.

I guess if I didn't overpay then its okay, i just sold off a lot of my doubles to fund buying him so i won't miss the money that much!

Will always be on the look out for some similar standard ROTJ figures, i know you've got some Chris but I already have 'em.

I just received the figure and it is very very good, there is one spot of blonde paint on Luke's chin, does this affect grading? :|

Yeah. Every imperfection will affect grading. Even if it's a factory imperfection.
