Been following it as it developed.

The moment he posted after being advised to remove the thread and hadn't rmoved the link was the first clue. He in fact posted a number of times, one even suggesting he should remove it...but still didn't.

The link was to a German auction and the language in his posts suggested some whose first language was not English... similar to the language of the auction...

Yeah as soon as you mentioned about it being his auction I tried to read his posts and see how the english was. Then found out from the mods that he IS from Germany!

I know there are a number of non uk members on here whose english is outstanding.

But having worked a lot with people from the continent sometimes it's possible to recognise the similar mistakes in someone who hasn't achieve full fluency.

In the Uk however we are basically crap at languages. A lot can't even speak english properly and it's their own bloody language!

Yep, absolutely full of **** and wasting his breath with the backtracking and story-telling. Reading back over his posts here, he specifically leads us to believe the auction he posted is not his but one he is interested in. We've seen his kind a hundred times and there is absolutely no mistaking what he was trying to do. Had he just chosen to do it honestly everyone would have been fine with it.
