Yes these transition cards were real....but this one is not.....Auggie's been playing with his printer and pre-school glue.

My bad - buy as Todd says these versions do exist

It looks like a reseal to me. The card could be real, as mentioned there are some cards from Toy Fair that have some tearing on them from being stuck together. Others still are torn if they came out of multi-packs (Sears, I think) where they were stuck together. I really like the transition cards, this is a neat piece. Too bad it's a reseal and, based on those old threads, the seller appears to be a whack job.
