Logging out of Google logs you out of Youtube?

Looks like you can't be logged in on Youtube and not be logged in to Google?
Wtf, you can't do anything anonymously these days, I don't like the way this is going, everything you do gets logged,
most adverts online are getting directed at you from your internet history, Big Brother is closing in....

Been like that for a long time now Jorn, I stopped even logging in to my youtube account because of it. Had to choose the one I used the most and that was my google email for the site, shame really because I used to like making playlists or commenting on videos etc.

At least you can still use youtube without logging in, that'll be the next thing..

That's odd, I've always been logged out of google when logged on youtube, maybe the updates didn't kick in until now...
Yeah, won't take long until they require a login to view their site....

It has been like this for a while, web anonymity is slowly disappearing. There are pros and cons to this though.

As this progresses further we may end up in a situation where we can chose between the 'Official WWW' or the anonymous 'Pirate WWW'.
