Firstly, I'm not sure if this is a Lili Ledy Luke Bespin - I'm just going off the Imperial Gunnery COO guide - I've put a picture of the COO below. The figure has some paint rubs and the limbs are fairly tight.

So a) if it's a LL how much is it worth?
and b) if it isn't, what is it and how much is it worth?

It's not a Ledy sorry but still an incredible fig it's a Blank Raised bar (China Baggie Version) I bought one not so long ago for £25 with a PBP/Euro Saber
