Lightsabre Display - is it really that rare and desirable?

I saw this being advertised on Aussie Ebay and am staggered by the buy now price. I'd normally just scoff and say "he's dreaming" but then I wondered if it is actually that desirable and rare.

SO, I thought I'd come on here and see what the SWFUK guys think :)

yeah I saw that one too Pat, wasn't aware they were that valuable although as you said he could be dreaming. Shawn K is the man to ask on this one.
 
There was one of these sold over on eBay.com about 6-8 months ago for nowhere near that price - there is a chance that this could be the same one
 
He's cashing in for Christmas. He says quite clearly that it is a "holly grail"
 
With the four sabers included he may be somewhere around $800 tops for it. If it sells for this...I might have to sell mine. :wink:
