Too easy!

I have to admit I did rate Richard Wright (quite highly) until Arsenal bought him and ruined him. Jeffers was always a big eared flash in the pan.

Crouch was outstanding in his last season at Southampton and I was please we went for him as there is no one else around like him. He should be a lot stronger physically and be more effective with headers at goal but he is a player that works hard for the team, not his own ego.

Bellamy is a very good player but he comes with potential problems on the way !! :twisted: He has pace, can run with the ball and dribble around defenders plus he can score goals. If the incident was as bad as the papers are saying though it wouldn't surprise me to see him sold in the summer.

Now there's one player I could never understand failing, he had all the skills but just didnt seem to care.

he did when we played in europe, he was amazing. i remember just before he was sold, mufc were playing in america and he chipped the ball in to the box with the outside of his right foot which he had behind his left leg. ruud ran on and scored and you thought.. how can you do that but not be bothered to run back 20 yards and defend from time to time ... i think he's in italy now , but what a waste

Nah he's in Argentina, still owned by an Italian side I think.
He's playing for some Argentine side for 1/10 of what he was on in Europe, could be Independiente, not sure.

Strange though, even with the added physical nature of the premiership that he was so kack so often for both United and Chelsea.

I could say the same about Igor Biscan the season we won the champions league !!

In the premier league he was very average but up against top european sides Rafa had Stevie G on the bench and Biscan was dominating the midfield !!
