All tri (and YPS) Snowtroopers came with the same cape style (real holes).

Here is a picture of the different coo areas I was able to amass:

The YPS Snowtrooper is told to was sold with the GI and the normal Kenner weapon.

you can pick up the gun for a couple of quid, it comes with an action force weapons pack

here's my one with the kenner gun, and i think the scarred coo means its a tri rather than a yps, but most folks aren't too fussed

is the version of this gun that is in the action force weapons pack not red in color ?? and if you say that this is a tri trooper what defines a YPS trooper then ?? my snowtrooper pictured does seem more creamy compared to snowtroopers

the enemy weapons pack contains the black "YPS" rifle - the YPS ones did come with both types and i think once the hoth rifles ran out they just stuck in the action force enemy rifle as a substitute...

As Gustie says about the Af gun - and you can get sealed packs for £5

And the scarred COO on Gusties trooper is considered by some to signify a genuine YPS, and all the others on Ulis post are Tris. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but I'm sure I read it somewhere.

Just noticed the wording on his piece says
" For TRADE is an authentic german Yps Hoth Trooper with authentic gun and skirt with round holes in C-9+ condition.
It comes with the authentic comic book which is in good shape. Small tear on back at the right bottom. These are very flimsy items, no pages missing or major damage"

Are there any that came with a Kenner gun ? If not I might send him a message ?

Yes those YPS troopers also could have come with a regular gun, but the most known example is the one with the GI Joe gun.
