Leia in Hoth Gear - Rare Variant?

Hi there

I'm fairly new to collecting vintage star wars figures and wondered if the following was a rare (ish) variant - can anyone in the know help?

Princess Leia in Hoth gear - COO is China on raised bar. She has dark brown hair, raised rank bar and darker more olive coloured boots than the norm. The variant is that her communicator on her left wrist is unpainted.
