It's not the most flattering set of photo's, especially the 3rd which suggests a bubble was higher up than where it actually is which I suppose could have been a factory fault (I've seen a few carded figures like that) and there also seems to be some tampering to the left upper edge of the card/bubble. On the plus side the card continuity looks fine when the bubble ends the picture joins perfectly and like you say the guy is selling alot of carded figures.
If your interested in the figure I would just ask him for some better photo's of the suspect areas.
Hang on…just noticed the picture of the back of the card shows a stormtrooper with the wrong gun? It has to be a fake.
