i'm very happy with them, the esb 32 back r2-d2 is an afa 90 and i reckon is worth a good chunk of what i paid for all 5! :D

Haha just thought this needed a mention, iv'e just been looking back at the very first acquisitions in this thread in 2006 and spotted this one, I can't believe those 5 graded MOC's were £500.

I know, it's ridiculous how much things have changed! Back then I would pick up most MOCs for under £50, and really pushed the boat out on ones costing over £100 which I only had a few of.

Perspective and hindsight is a great thing, most for under £50  that makes me feel a little sad, imagine the collections that could be built up on what's basically a budget relative to today's prices.

And now ....Mr Fett Kenner 21 back to add to the mixed Kenner/Pali 20/21 back start of a run ( I will be a while collecting these)

Mr Fett has a replacement bubble but this is fine for me as the card has a large tear as well, but has been sympathetically treated and I think displays superbly for me. Massive thanks to Ian for letting the card go to me & Chris for a minty Mr Fett

Love this hobby :D
Awesome fett mate

Once again, your latest acquisitions are fantastic guys! You just never know what to expect on this thread. So cool!

These just arrived today. A compete set of the SW Series Dixie Cups boxes. I've been eyeballing these for a few years but never pulled the trigger. A buddy of mine decided to sell his set so I jumped at it. The artwork on these is so cool.

Those boxes are well nice, the colours and style remind me of the vintage original SW arcade cabinet.

Great collection to pick up Jason. :D

I remember going to an antiques fair in Portland a few years back and One lady on a small stall had loads of these all mint and boxed up. I think they were mainly ESB but when you see the artwork on the boxes they are so tempting. I ended up with a sealed Bespin Freezing Chamber she had but she said she collected all the SW stuff when it was released and has had it all in storage for years. I never did get back there again to see what else she had but it was just nice to see all the mint items she had and those Dixie Cups have always been something I felt I should have picked up as well.

You made the right choice getting them when you could though so thanks for sharing.

Ian
