Never seen it either, very cool item that, seems a little out of perspective being a kids board game it having been an 18 film :?

I've seen a couple of them in the past - The mega tough one to find is the 18" Kenner 1979 Alien doll... That goes for stupid money these days. It was only in the shops for a little while as it was deemed too scary for kids to play with. They also did a few jigsaws and a standee Alien that you would shot at with a dart gun.

The b/w pic of the kids on the box back look about 10 yrs old, the movie was over 18s.

Kenner famously misjudged the target audience of Alien, they were making lots of money with Star Wars so when Fox announced another Science Fiction film they jumped all over it. Somehow nobody realized until it was too late that Alien was not a family film but the dark, violent horror film we love.
