Lost track of this- whats the most recent update?

There was an update by "Todd himself" (which apparently everyone should be thankful for) back in January that it would be 'complete' in 2014. Not shipped or even printed in 2014, just complete. so if you believe a word he says after 6 years of excuses and silence, 2015 at the earliest. But I'll happily bet another $1000 that 2015 will come and go, I offered Bill (his designated spokesman AKA ****-shield) that wager about 2 years ago.
