Just found a hollow tube tusken raider in a box of beaters

no Cape or staff.
The figure is in ok condition, just the spikes on the head the silver has rubbed off a bit on the tips, the silver on the hollow tubes is perfect though.

Any idea on value for this?

Decent complete ones go for 60 - 80 at the moment I believe so without the stick and cape and with the minor paint loss you could be looking at about 50-60.

I'm after one but hoping to find one on the cheap like you.

I'd agree on this, that would be it's true value.

However, loose variants have been fetching stupid money just recently - and I mean daft money.

Absolutely shagged. Honestly, look at it! 6 months ago you'd have been hard pressed to get a fiver for it. I got a loose red rectangle R5 of Stef not 4 months ago for £25 in lovely condition.

Agreed, £35/£50 is a good price for him in that condition.

There does appear to be a new wave of insanity. It's becoming a "thing" now; what price hyping are we going to see this month? One month it's proofs, next it pop up R2s, next month it's the action figure display stands and now it seems to be figure variants.

this particular seller offered that exact same figure for £10 to me 17/12/15 as he had 2 minty ones. i passed on it due to xmas time :lol:

anyway more fool the buyer if you ask me. well done the seller maybe the buyer thought it was a poch :roll:
