At least he's got some talent, better than the usual knobheads who clog up the main street. Get themselves some bits of chalk and think they are bloody Rolf Harris. They call it art but I call it begging and graffiti all rolled into one.

On a public footpath/pavement if some retard wants to start drawing on it that's fine, just don't expect me to walk round it! Especially when what they are drawing looks like it was done by a epileptic mid fit!
