yes i saw it but when you read listing proper it said my plate is similar to this the one he was selling was V4 OER

That has been on Ebay for ages

Personalised number plates years ago used to be a fairly rare sight, nowadays it seems every other car, van, lorry or bus has one and there are more Range Rovers with peronalised plates than without around where I live.
