Hi guys are this the correct vinyl cape for the jawa ?

Looks genuine to me. On the third picture one can even see the structure (near the right armpit).

The first pic the cape looks a bit too thick, but I think that may just be the camera focus.

The rest of the pics i'd say it's the real deal, i'd try and get a clear close up shot of the pattern on it, if it has that it should be real.
