I don't know where it came from but I have seen Polish bootlegs of that design in various colours before but for some strange reason I think it is Spanish !! :?

I have a gold version of it - I always thought it was connected to Disney

The gold one is from Disney World and the Droid style version is Spanish. There is also an R2 available as well :wink:
