he's now acting as though he's new to this in a new user account so expect him to ripp a few more people off......

this figure is ****ed..the ends off the saber the paint has gone from the hands the cape is made of a funny type of material and the bubble has more than a split its open completely !!!!

ive sent him an email and expressed my upset , however iam now a bit worried with him having no feedback and nothing to lose and ive got a ggod track record ...he might try to use that by threatening to leave bad feedback??

what do you guys think ? iam i the one to blame or do you think he's out to rip me off ? :?

I think you may have to put that one down to experience as a bit of a gamble that didn't pay off. He might be a dodgy seller or it could be lack of knowledge as he doesn't say anything about condition other than the split in the bubble. Difficult to know what to do really

i got a refund for it after all !!!

well i got most of it back anyway ,,, he gave me 10.00, which is better than nothing but i still wanted a full fefund but we couldnt agree....so ive got hold of his address from a previous sale......ive packed this box full of shreaded paper .....he's either got to put his hands in and have a good look for it or empty the box on the floor...either way its putting a smile on my face !! :evil: :twisted:
