In fairness I think he is referring to the figure being mint and I've seen mint r2 definitely going for more than what he is asking but he has chosen his words rather carefully and the bit about camera flash is comical. There are very very few cards where I would be willing to remove the figure from the card but I think I would make an exception for this one.
