Is this priced aboit right?

Hi,
Thinking about buying this POTF carded Luke, and have two questions, can anyone help?
1. Is this about the right price for the card condition?
2. Are POTF faked as much as others and if so is this one ok, it looks ok to me, but would like a second opinion.

About £100 to £130 too much or to put it another way you should be looking to only pay £100-£150 tops for this. On top of that the seller is a dickhead.
