Is this legit and worth £70?

My mother tagged me in her local facebook forsales, and to my astonishment, it was actually vintage. Unfortunately by time I was approved to join the site, it had gone. It was a minty looking AT-AT with chin guns and everything for 70.00. I messaged the lady asking if she had anything else and she did. I was upfront before hand and told her if she had anything valuable I would tell how much it would be worth, albeit I wouldnt wanna pay ebay prices.
Most of the figures were in ziplock bags and looked grimey but she sent me a pic of this.

She said she had looked on ebay and saw they werent cheap but said she would be happy with 70.00. The saber apparently is legit as it was her husbands from his childhood.
Do you guys think its worth it? And does saber look okay?

Also she had this guy, which I havent made an offer on yet. I dont collect backing cards but nice to see a figure with an original card.

Hard to tell from the pic really, but I'm 80% sure it looks legit (the sabre). For £70 I'd be all over it, you'll get that for the sabre alone. New collectors are nuts for this figure in any condition - it's a bitch to find.

As for the Fett, see what she wants for him. Anything around £50 is a bargain.

Genuine R2 sabers should be going at a minimum of £80 on their own these days, So you're defo winning on that deal.

Really suprised the Boba would be worth that much, is it just the card and bubble that makes it so? If I do get it and dont want it robpmarsh, you get first dibs mate.

I'm not sure if he's excited buy the cardback in general or cautious about it being a Toni that has been opened?

The cardback is possibly a Toni and the the bubble has come clean off that thing virtually, with little damage.

But then this is a childhood collection so would have been purchased pre Toni.

Oh right yeah! Though I dont know much about carded figures or cardbacks, I think most folk know about the toni fiasco! Didnt even think about that!

The bubble hasn't come off clean, it has been coloured in with ink. Look how much print is on the bubble. Definitely looks legit to me, and could be useful in helping distinguish real ones from Toni's.
