Is this genuine/value please?

Hi guys,

Discovered this in my loft yesterday whilst having a sort out. I'm no expert but I think this is a "clipper" card Tri logo Darth Vader? It doesn't really fit with my collection so god knows when/why I bought it. Firstly is it genuine & if so likely value?

It's quite a common Vader Trilogo, no special variation and with the bubble damage I think it is worth about £40
