No cross-Hatch pattern that I can see, Side of bubble looked lifted and It looks like super glue spatter on the face of the bubble and inside. Not 100% sure because of the photo angles, but I would avoid it.

he also has the word "Mounted " to card on there, which makes me think he saying it's resealed , but not really saying that. Also he says he is not a professional collector...yet he seems to sell a ton of vintage. What a ****.
