It looks homemade to me. I could see a collectible shop making these as a way to put loose figures on pegs, so people can look at them without losing the accessories and not having to put them behind a display counter. That's just my take on it though.

Yeah I noticed that too with the label, but the shop very possibly could have created those in the early-mid 90's. We're talking 15-20 years now and if they weren't stored properly they could have that kind of wear now. Again this is just my speculation. It would be great if the seller had some kind of history of where the owner got them.

Looks like a bootleg Darth Vader to me. I "vaguely" remember seeing a thread on RS concerning these figures.
