Is this A meccano/Lili ledy yoda???

I purchased this yoda but have no idea which factory or country it came from.

it looks miss matched. Eyes are round pac man eyes. Also epms all over

It does not look like lili ledy to me and the coo are no meccano. But I could be wrong. The coo are Kader or Lili Ledy.
