The factory sealers always places the bubble in the same place on the card, regardless of where the coloured bubble back print is on the front of the card. Whereas Toni would always centre the bubble over the back print. On some cards this gives a big difference in bubble placement 5mm and on others typically 1-2mm. In my opinion a difference in bubble placement of 1-2mm is not enough to measure accurately. So I only take bubble placement as an indicator when it is pronounced in the 5mm range.
I've always had my doubts about Vader, despite it not being on the list. There is evidence of one attempt at sealing an unused Vader 65d cardback as I have a cardback I bought from Toni in about 2009 with minimal at an angle bubble impression and iron marks on it. Adding cards to the list opens a can of worms though, and casts doubts on many more cards if we do. I looked long and hard for an example of a Vader 65d that I thought Toni had made and came up blank. Vader 65d is another card with a number of different legitimate bubble types one of which is the long thin bubble that Toni also used on Chewbacca 65d.
