I can't see it happening myself Jabba.

Even though its quiet there its been around for a long time and the regulars will feel comfortable with it. A bit like the local pub, a few cobwebs, two people in all night but you wouldn't want it to change.

It's not a bad idea to be honest.
Although I don't know how practical it is in reality. How complicated is it to do, what happens with the differences in board topics etc? I'm not a computer whizz (surprisingly).

And yeah, you do have the issue of this place being slightly more laid back than IOP (or IOP being a bit more up tight than us).
In reality there probably aren't that many 'active' members of IOP who aren't members on here. With all due respect to IOP, we're probably talking about a dozen people.

this forum is run on a PHP script/database it has skins u can change on the admin area

u can fiddle with the headers with dreamweaver or similar and customise the look of them.
