I really want your loose AFA R2 and C-3PO !!! :twisted:

They are my favourite vintage pieces along with the AFAU90 TW COO Darth Vader and AFA90 No COO Silver IG88

R2 and C3PO i purchased graded, i have however sent a few away myself; about 12 or so in all.

No normal ungraded figures, all are graded; they range from 85 to 90 with about a 50/50 split. I am slowly upgrading the 85's to 90's but in most cases a lot of my 85's look excellent imo so i will only upgrade my more favourite figures.

FWIW I don't think you can actually achieve a U100 when it comes to AFA, even if you send a carded figure in bubble to AFA and they open it it will get a U90.

I have seen 3 or 4 loose figures get U95 grades, the last one was a Chewbacca a few weeks ago. 8)

Not strictly my AFA loose, but as it is rather quiet on that front, i have now added these to my collection. The Galactic Marines are amongst the best figures i have seen 8)

Ahhh ok, only seen ROTS a few times. It's the best of the prequels but still disapoints me everytime I watch it.

Thanks, i am trying to stay focussed on the modern as there is just so much stuff. I am only collecting the 30th anniversary items and thats it, no more. Its a shame that the high grade AFA loose appear to have dried up at the moment otherwise there would be more of those to show.

As for ROTS the order 66 scene(s) are my favourite part 8)

You'd be better of sending a few to be graded, it would probably work out at about Ã'£30 (depending on the tier) if you sent one figure.

Absolutely; there is a small air gap at the bottom of the case as well.

I personally think they look great in the cases 8) although a lot of collectors dont like AFA i do as you know exactly what you are getting
