Its on his old no registered account I have been speaking to him through email he says its just a tempory thing his account being suspended the g/f kerry bought me a c3-p0 12 back afa 80 just before xmas for me he says he sent it but i paided for special delivery and still have not received anything and he wont supply a tracking number ****ing wanker

No parcel, seller won't supply a tracking number = seller never sent the parcel and is trying to **** you I fear!

If you still have all the emails and the invoice from Ebay/Paypal you should be ok. As long as he has money in his account, of course.

he would of cleaned out his account but the good thing about afa figures is they have serial number so if the figure i was suppose to recieve ever comes back up on ebay i will know and contact ebay. I am going to try ebay to see if i can get a phone number him

Yes its him, more of his stuff now on ebay. Check his 1 feedback and look at bids for the one he has sold. Looks like a new bidder with 0 feedback uped the price again. Do ebay not bother with muppets like this.
