It happend to me - i was one of a group who bought mocs off him to send them out in Jiffy bags, I asked for a refund but the moc got lost in the post and I ended up £45 down without the moc :evil:

Return it for a full refund, leave negative feedback pointing out the seller is a ****ing retard, and flame him on here.
Ohh and in future ALWAYS message the seller asking/checking that he's not planning on posting it in a jiffy bag! Lesson learnt the hard way (same way I learnt).

This happened to me a long time ago when I first started collecting MOC's. I remember buying a Tri Logo Nikto and it arrived all beat up in a Jiffy Bag!!
From that point onwards I always made a point of leaving a message on the ebay payment screen asking the seller to ship in a sturdy box.
There really are some tools out there!

He got back to me last night, and requested photo's of the damage which sent to him straight away. So just waiting to hear back now. He said he was very surprised to hear that it has been damaged....... :roll:

that is bullshit Neil. Absolute bullshit. Tell him you want compensation from him for being incompetent by putting a 25+ piece of cardbaord and plastic in a ****ing jiffy bag!

Bull ****. It's his responsibility to package the item it such a way that it won't get damaged. If you open a case with ebay you can enter the option of compensation you desire as "partial refund". If he refuses you can just get a full refund and he can have his damaged item. He cannot win here.

I bought a MOC from him as well and sent him a message the other day after I read this. I told him that a friend had recieved a card from him and that it was damaged and could he put mine in a box. He messaged me back saying that he would and he had had no problems with anyone else !

I've tried to contact him and sort it out once and for all, but he's thrown the dummy out of the pram and isn't talking to me now because i contacted paypal...... :lol: I escalated it to a claim and paypal contacted me after a couple of days saying send it back and they'll give me a full refund
