My thought exactly. I saw "Ben" had signed up and his first post was defending him and I sighed. I looked at the length of the post and gave it a go, but got bored a quarter of the way in. Then Andy comes back and posts what I assume is full length copy of War and Peace. Bollocks am I wading though that much BS, especially when there's paint drying that I could be watching.

I have been a member on this forum for a few years now and post my latest additions when lucky enough to come across anything good, however, as I found out last year when I got a Palitoy VC Jawa graded by AFA there are members who just cannot accept these things, the majority are good but some of the comments I got were just frankly pathetic, and centred around the fact that I didn't get a COA, one was sent soon after, but a few members jumped on it, it kept them entertained.

I have bought a lot of figures from Andy over recent years and have to say that the quality and descriptions given by him have always been very accurate, I am a serious collector and have made a lot of friends in vintage star wars collecting over the years. At the end of the day Andy has simply notified the forum that he intends to sell his collection, personally if I was selling up, I would have done the same, let keen collectors know before putting things on Ebay. I know the forum has rules etc photo's and prices but a bit of leniency might have been appropriate.

I read a previous post of someone stating that Andy wants as much as he can for the figures and was quite confused, Palitoy figures are much sought after and are rare, if it was me I would be wanting as much as I could get for mine, that is just simple business and there is a big market now and huge demand.

Anyway, just thought I would try and balance things out a bit from my own experiences dealing with Andy.

i was just informed of this thread today as most of you know i do not get to take time out from my events to come on here so i missed all this ?

What i would say to Andy is your last post does damage you mate a lot :-(

As most of you know i still collect and have gotten back into this again i am looking for a few figures and Andys list came my way and there are a few figures i was going to buy as i need them and intended to pay good money as i needed them , i know some of them you have had a lot of interest in also but that did not matter i have money to spend on things i need.

But in one of your emails you refer to me as having "low credibility " i know that cost you around 10k to 15k on sales tonight alone just from me :-D but i guess thats not important as i am of low credibility :-D

Its funny i broke this story and i fought against people just like you Andy people that did not want to here the truth as they had money tied up into it, the truth always comes out thank god.

I do not know who is worst Toni for selling things that are not right or the people that know that these things are not right and carry on selling them to unsuspecting fans .

Its low and you are someone that is hurting the collecting community and the hobby and the fun we should all be having.

Many people have been cough up in this Toni Gate drama and it has cost many people a lot of money and put them off collecting and i for one think Toni is one of the lowest people i have ever met , Andy you are as bad as him knowing what you know and just passing them on to your customers people that trust you and rely on you selling things that are correct.

If you are that low then how much feather will you also go Andy ? its just a thought ? you say you have talked to Toni ? are you still buying from him also ? are you helping him sell more stuff that there is questions over vier you and your reputation ? are you laundering for Toni ? , i am not saying you are its just me thinking out loud and asking you this question ? maybe you can answer my question and let me know if you are still buying from Toni are you Andy ?


Well i think thats all i have to say , i will not be taking anyone to court over the "low credibility " statement as i am not a child ranting over legal action , i know how much legal action costs and how many years it takes also so its quite ridicules when i here stuff like this , its no better than i am going to get my dad to beat up your dad :-D its all a little sad really.

Anyway i hope Andy managed to dump off as many of Toni figures he can before everyone our there in the small community knows what he is doing.

lets hope for Andy sake that there is no way of transferring information between people that is easy and quick and can be read by millions of people that are into say star wars that can go direct into there home through lets say a computer or a mobile device , as long as that dose not happen he should be fine
