I love Tri-logos

I am relatively new to this forum so I do hope members won't mind me posting this thread. I love Tri-logo carded figures. Why, you might ask? It wasn't so long ago that Star Wars collectors looked upon the Tri-logo carded range as not worthy of including in their collections. Then collectors started to realise that Tri-logos had a few things going for them like in general the bubbles would remain clear and that you could get all the SW figures (albeit six) on the one style of card.

Okay, Tri-logos have a few problems with the quality of the card and bubbles used which do lead to problems in obtaining a high quality example but for me that adds to the chase.

Now in 2014 Tri-logos have risen in collectability to a new high and rightly so in my opinion So I'm going to inflict images of this wonderful range of carded figures on the members of this forum I hope you don't mind. Just tell me to go away when you have had enough - lol

I have lots of these as I obtained a large batch of carded figures and boxed vehicles from an ex-General Mills employee here in the UK back in about 2000 (can't remember the actual date). The nice thing about these figures and vehicles is that they were all part of the General Mills 'Samples' stock with many of them marked as such with stickers. This was either to the front or back of the figure cards. Unfortunately when I obtained the batch of figures etc. I didn't realise that there would be so much interest in these sample pieces and I only took a few pictures mainly concentrating on the front of each carded figure. All items I am showing here are from the batch of 'Sample' figures/vehicles even if they don't show the sticker(s). I still own the full collection of samples but they are now stored away from my house (wife insisted as she thinks they are junk ) and I never did get round to taking more photographs.

Please forgive the fact that some of the items I will be showing are not Tri-logo but they were part of the sample batch.
