Had an argument with an assistant headteacher today.


Been told i have to face senior management now, to 'discuss' my unprofessionalism and colourful language :evil:

I don't have a case. No matter what i say, I'm going to be in the wrong.

If you aren't in one of the cliques, or extrememly popular, you have to be so careful.

I was merely venting my frustration with colleagues and this AHT stuck her nose in and began winding me up.

or, you could just say you are develloping tourettes syndrone and had a bout when you were actually trying to talk normally to her, the fact you were angry was nothing to do with her but that you couldn't get your words out correctly and became enraged thus seeming to swear and rip into her but actually struggling to express yourself .

Now that would probably make sense in many work environments, sadly not always in a school.

My track record is fantastic. I run one of the most popular and the most successful subject in the school.

But I'm not an arse kisser and rarely do things by the book. In fact I think I lost the book. :?

This doesn't make me particularly popular.

I've seen popular teachers who are **** beyond belief, and all their students fail, but nothing happens to them. :roll:
