Hi guys,

I wanted to buy a complete AT-AT as this is one of my favourite next to Slave I ships back in the day. I know a lot of you hate Ebay, but that's where i have seen them for sale. The trouble is they are all priced quite differently, so how much would a complete one be realistically be worth? I'm trying to buy back what i lost 25 years ago, but it's a very slow process.

It depends if you want it boxed or not and then the completeness and condition of the box, inserts, instructions etc. Mikestrange has an AT-AT focus so probably has a good idea.

Ok thanks mate. I'm actually looking for a loose but complete one. I had a look on ebay but prices vary a lot. Also there's too much of the usual incomplete once for sale on there which is what i want to avoid if possible.

Loose complete I'd say anywhere between £70-£100, it's all about those chin guns really and if you get a few people bidding at once it can inflate the price.

Prices are very odd with the AT-AT, probably due to the postage cost because of it's size. I've seen loose complete sell for MORE than complete boxed ones?!? Also some very clean examples which are missing the chin guns sell cheap and a pair of original chin guns go for around £30+ so sometimes it works out better to by individual parts, rather than loose complete.

Cheers, Mike

There are bargains out there on AT-AT's....I picked a loose complete one up on eBay last year and I think I only paid £40 for it.

The added bonus was a pair of chin guns inside the battery compartment when i checked :D

Mumbo has it spot on 70-100 loose obviously chin guns as mentioned make a difference without them around 50 if not inflated through eBay for a boxed complete around 150-200  all depends on condition and completion I would ask around here to see if anyone is selling one I'm sure someone will help you out good luck

Ok thanks for the great advice guys. I'm bidding on a Slave I and an AT AT at the moment for seriously low money lol! The AT-AT is missing both chin guns and battery cover. Not sure if electrics work either but i can fix basic electrical stuff. The Slave I is missing side panel, frozen Han and ramp. All of these bits are easy to find so not worried.

If the electronics are not stated as working you can bet your life that they are not.

Ask them if the battery terminals are clean. If they are there is a good chance that a couple of tugs on the chin gun clips will start that fella up again. If there is corrossion then its unlikely to fire up again.
