Hoth variations

So I've just discovered hoth variations but know little about it - can some please direct into a nice blog about it...or explain to me a out it.

The reason I'm asking is I just bought this chap and he seems to be more pale than normal - some one i spoke to suggested he could be a rare varient ??

Nah hes common as muck theres a pink face and a pale version of that colored tunic figure
