I agree with Andy- this place is self policing. If someone takes the piss with prices they will get told to **** off.

I sent an estimate out to a customer yesterday. I had a very confused lady call this morning....
"We are shocked at the last paragraph of the estimate"
Checked my copy and to my complete horror found I had copied and pasted the above paragraph onto their copy :shock:

LOL Ed! I can't trump that but I was once helping a customer via a live help chat (I do a lot of tech support work) and was also paying for some Vintage at the same time and I accidentally copied the sellers paypal address into chat lol!

The customer did ask what the email address was for but I ignored them and carried on talking about their problem :lol:
