I don't have a specific area of expertise but I've been focusing on 8D8 for a bit of time and hope I can continue finding pieces to add to my collection.

I've got a master list I have been working on for sometime now (You would be surprised how many items are on there for a character only in ROTJ for a few seconds of film! And when I can I slowly acquire pieces on this list)

For now I have mostly MOC and loose examples, some card backs etc.

I'm looking for pre production stuff and the harder to find pieces : PBP Tri Logo Moc etc, Proof cards.
I am on the waiting list for a couple of pieces currently locked in collections
When I feel I am in a position to showcase everything I will pop back and do so

i dont open moc i open beat up cards as i got pissed off with badley described figs on ebay and repro weapons .
as for troll in other forums :lol: :lol: :lol: it was more a case off me having a joke and them not being able to take a joke .i actual offered advice ,good advice on how they could ressurrect theree forum but they took it wrong way so then i ......errrrrrr ..........welllll .......trolled there forum :roll: :lol: :lol:

It was a general impression whilst I was looking around this morning

I've opened a few beater MOCS in the past, It does seem to be a learning curve, I hesitate to say I would do so again if the card was really bad, (water damage, brown bubble, torn or ripped etc.) but I do believe it's not that popular especially as they aren't exactly pumping these out the factory anymore!
It's a really interesting subject and having said that above, we are talking about MASS produced figures running into millions/billions?

I think the only real ethical problem I have is with Recards, I understand maybe you are genuine and want those for your own use, but what happens when you have to sell up and they change hands, or god forbid something happens to you and family member passes them back into the community as real.
(This is going off topic in many horrible ways so that's enough from me )

what i do is i either reseal a fig back on to the card and sell it as a reseal or just flog the card back and bubbles to get some of the cash back.then its not my problem .i am only after a 100% origanal loose colleection taken off cards which i dont plan on selling and hopefully i can raise my son or daughter to appricate (i know thats spelt wrong ) them for what they are other then quick money and they will look after them when i,m gone .
though now i dont have any loose figs to reseal so i will just flogg the card backs and bubbles

as for taken your post wrong way ,thought you had read all the posts on here :lol: :lol: :lol: its kinda a each to there own attitude 8)
