HELP! Does anybody here know how to design websites and logo

Hi Guys

I am been made redundant in september so im looking to go freelance and set up my own Performance management / consultant company targeting small and big businesses.

However 2 of my first steps are proving problematic due to having no experience.

1, I need to design a company logo

2, I need to design a website and find a good hosting package once i get the site ready

Im really green in these areas so i apologise if im coming across stupid

I know some of you guys have an amazing skills set and any level of help you could provide would be most welcome

dreamweaver is easiest - you dont need to learn html etc

fireworks or photoshop for 2D logos

Flash is useful for 3D logos
