Help Advice please

HI guys just found a Darth Vader 65Back Palitoy but I bought it as MINT no mention of a Ding.

I paid near the £50 quid mark. The guy has kindly offered a refund and said he was not aware of such dings. I have attached images and if anyone could tell me if this fella is hard to come by and its normal or hard to find such a fig without a ding.

Im just a keen collector could someone advise if its to much with such a ding as I spent over my 35 allowance this bi monthly and nomrally only pay 35- 40 for a mint c9 plaitoy 65B ROTJ

I'm no expert but on a 65 back the Vader is pretty common and you should be able to find a better example than that IMO.

As for the price there was one on the bay on Sunday that I was bidding on but went out and forgot about it.It went for £54

If your not happy with it, or feel you would have paid less had you known there was a dint in the bubble then send it back for a refund, or negotiate a partial refund from the seller.
