Gustie, That is going to be next to impossible. I would look for a really beat-up EV9D9 on the bay. I could try to cast one for you, but you probably want original.

I think I saw a complete 9D9 for about £35 on ebay (worldwde/buy it now), have the arm off of it and I'm sure you'll sell the other limbs for £5+ each...

....but then I'm sure you'd considder such an option...

anyways what liquid plastic do you use? and which silicone?

i have some smooth-on smoothcast here its like 60 shore hardness... thats about the right strength for torso's - i need a softer lot for molding limbs now so they are a bit bendy..

Straight home silicone and I use epoxy resin for casting. I am like a ****in caveman
