Hard to find Mini Rig 2 Pack

Hi guys.

I picked this up from the US a while back. I have never seen another like it and cant find any info about it.
I think someone on here said it had a catalogue code from JC Penney. Nobody seems to know anything about it.

Anyway im inviting offers on this so send them in.

Honestly, to me this is only two seperate items taped together. And taped in a way that the boxes can't be opened easily.

I recognize the tape. It was on my Kenner Endor Forest Ranger. So that might mean it could have been taped to another mini rig before. Thankfully I was able to remove it without damaging the box.
