Thanks for the wishes guys much appreciated. Spent the morning at the skatepark at the request f my business partner. Fell off a rail and really bruised myself. Hobbled back to the office went for a stroll to snoopers to look at some vintage **** browsed some record shops. Home early and out for a curry with the mrs and my little girls.

Apart from the severe bruising all good , oh I forgot to mention I disturbed a wood wasps nest at cub camp on Sunday resulting in 18 stings all over so a pretty painful week all round
