I was about to order the book from paizo.com when I - quite accidently (I was looking for paizo promo codes) - found a link to this thread on google. Thanks very much for pointing me to amazon!!!
There's a seller on amazon who seems to have copies left. Fulfillment is done by amazon, just ordered mine and only paid 7.98$ for shipping. Great!

Same here I bought it Thursday and they shipped it Saturday. Really looking forward to getting it :twisted:

Just got this through and its ****ing awesome. It has so much stuff in it, the only stuff missing is the stuff out of some other collections that appear in other books

Quite a decent book, some great pictures but for the time being I lost interest in it so its locked away.

its still available, and costs $40. However shipping to the UK is like another $45-50.

maybe worth a ordering a couple of copies at once?
