Its a nice Encore E76, in blonde colour with a white scratch plate. I've got too many and they take up more space than SW figures. Great for one of you guys to learn on :wink:

I don't play much these days, only if I hear a good song I want to learn, I'm more into fingerstyle playing now
than hammering on the electric guitar, trying to learn berkeley springs by don ross and classical gas, but kinda lost
the fire during the winter...
I have a Seagull acoustic that I've had for 18 years, can't remember which model it is, a Fender Squire I got for free,
and a Morgan acoustic one I got pretty cheap, excellent sound on that one..

Jack, I have 6 year old twins who are both massively in to music. Just bought a second hands electric guitar and amp for my son. Couldn't hurt to get another as both me and the mrs are talking about playing/learning.
I'm in Norwich in 2 weeks. If you haven't sold by then, I may take you up on the sale.

I'm more of an acoustic man too. Especially these days. I've had many electric and acoustic guitars (was always a Fender Telecaster man 8) ) but i now only own an acoustic (as well as a bass and a keyboard). I've always played at least 4 hours a week every week for the last 15 years. Slightly less these days i must admit but still pick it up at least a couple of times a week.

i dont play nearly as much as i would like, but its always there.
there's nothing better than kicking back in a big chair, and having a good strum! :?

What is about about SW geeks and guitars.Ive seen loads of fellow SW collectors who play.I play,and have been for over 20 years.Play all sorts really,and John Norum is probably my favorite plater (yes,THAT solo encouraged me to pick up a guitar-bet ya cant guess which solo )

Currently play a PRS Tremonti,Washburn electro acoustic and have a battered Jackson Dinky for alternate tunings.Downgraded to a Peavey Vypyr 30 amp two years back..

Gotta love the Encores though,sadly i never owned one but got a Marlin sidewinder instead-great guitar!

best guitar i had was a red sunburst gibson sg. i walked past the shop with an ex, told her i liked it. the following week she gave it to me. many moons ago now though.........................
i mainly play acoustic now, got a couple of electrics to maybe sell on.
the encore's are nicer to play than the squire strats i find as i'm not a fan of a maple fretboard.
anyway, is it the final countdown?
