well im glad i have the original versions on LD. If they come out on betamax, i'll have them too. Might even get them on blu ray if that happens

StarWars.com has posted a news item confirming that the two existing trilogies will be released as Blu-ray/DVD combo packs on October 8, 2013. The new sets will "feature brand new cover artwork created exclusively for this release."

The two sets are available for pre-order now on Amazon.

These sets will only be available in the United States, but international fans will be able to pick up DVD-only versions.

Yeh sorry stefan. I searched for the latest star wars news and this came up so i got exicted and posted but then noticed it wasnt the latest sw news from the past week at all!! :x
