Hi guys

I have been made an offer I can't pas up, so sadly I am going to let ALL of my other SW collectables go in order to fund this, with luck I can do others here a little service by providing something you have been looking for yourself.

I have numerous carded figures that I want to sell along with some other SW items, I also have some things that are not on this thread that I will add as soon as I get a chance.

I am not really a carded & boxed item/play set collector rather a loose figures & baggie kind of guy, that coupled with the fact that I have been taking a break from the hobby for about 2 years due to home & work commitments, means I am a lo in the dark about values of these items, I do have a rough idea & have searched completed listing on ebay as a rough gide, but would greatly appreciate it you guys that know more about this stuff will help me out with accurate & fair pricing of the stuff I have.

I am not out to fleece anyone but on the flip-side I don't want fleecing either by others, just a fair price for what I have so I can put the funds back in to my hobby to buy the items I do want.

ANY & ALL help would be most appreciated.

A rough list of anything that needs to be noted is at the bottom of the page, but the photos I have include on mass, should give a clear idea of the condition of what I have.



Things worth noting when considering values -

1. First up is the Yoda orange snake with red eyes on a ESB 32B UP card, this has a split bubble on the stem below the fig

2. Ugnaught on a 30 Palitoy Card, has some excess glue at bottom of bubble on RHS

3. B wing pilot POTF Card UP/Yellow bubble almost flat cardback

4. Ben on a 65B ROTJ Card UP - Nice example IMO

5. At - ST driver on a Tri logo Bubble crush but no splits, has some damage to card though

6. Opened prundface on 79a back - has been opened to display fig by previous owner, fig un played with

7. ROLJ 48A Palitoy card Luke Hoth - unopened but card has BIG split

8. Tri Logo Gamorean guard has some bubble crush, but the figure has outstanding paintwork & the Matt armour

9. ROTJ Palitoy 65 back Nien Numb offer Weeqway

10. ROTJ Palitoy 65 Back Rebel commander

11. Meccano Jawa 27 figs on the back, nice example

12. Meccano Liea 27 figs on the back, card has bee OPENED to display figure, never played with though - a dam shame!

13. Meccano Bed 27 figs on the back, card has bee OPENED to display figure, never played with though - a dam shame!, white hair Ben with very nice paintwork.

14. ROTJ 65A Back Jawa, split card on the punch hole, is this the right bubble, as I can't remember seeing this bubble style b4????

15. Sears mail away/in store offer fig of Han besbin

16. 48 Back Palitoy stormtrooper Nien Numb offer sticker - must say I am pained to sell this one, figure is ultra white & looks MINTY, has a Palitoy sticker on the back.

17. Tri Logo MISS CARDED AT-AT commander on an Imperial commanders Card, bit battered due to the card damage, but still a very nice item & displays well/card lies flat

18. Tri Logo MISS CARDED Hoth Rebel trooper on a Rebel commandos card, card has some damage but lies flat & displays well.

The other items speak for them self.

OMG - that took like for ever, hope I get some replies

PS I will be posting this thread both sides of the pond as values seem to vary on some stuff like the palitoy items from what I understand??

While it's cool to see the rebel commando miscard (because I have a friend that always wanted to find out if another existed) I think the unfortunate thing with all your items is the general condition of them

Although IF that shrink wrapped Han is real then it's the diamond in the rough here. I think the majority of your Palitoy/Kenner cards are going to be "worth" in the region of £10-25 quid really (Ugnaught probably more- I will leave that to someone else more qualified!)

The open Meccanos a bit more - maybe a cardback collector would enjoy the cards.

The miscards are a little shabby but the Commando could probably still get you a few £, I guess £60+ would be a good start on him because its a cool combination.

Oh and the Ben which is probably the nicest one is probably worth about £40-50 I reckon.

Yeah, Joe is right on the ROTJ Obi-Wan - don't take anything less than £45 for that as it is in nice condition

As you say... it really is a shame that the Leia Meccano has been opened as that would have fetched you a couple of hundred at least

Pruneface isn't a sought after card at all and as it has been opened I wouldn't expect more than £5-£8

Weequay and Rebel Commander on the Palitoy backs would probably go for about £20-£25 each

The B-Wing Pilot POTF is one of the most, if not the most common POTF so probably no more £30

Thank for the interest, but until I know what to charge that's fair, I will not be selling anything, but they will be made available to all here & on RS ONLY at the same time.

That's the whole point of the thread.

I would also like to ask members to please NOT pm me regarding offers on these until I post a F/S thread as I would like it to be a fair sale if I sell them.

Thank you all for the comments so far, as you guys have said - not the best news in the world, but that's why the thread has been posted, to ascertain the possibility of funding the baggies I have been offered which is my main focus.

I have been informed that the Palitoy Ugnaught is a re seal & on close inspection of the photo near the glue blob on the card I can see he is indeed correct - a real bummer that is, but again that is the point of this thread.

The Sears vacu pack is also a fake from what I have been told

But please keep it coming guys.

About £25-£20 fr the Rancor Keeper

I know Matt (username is monkey_roo) has been after a R2 sensorscope so if you did want to sell it...

a very good condition playdoh set just sold for £50 on the bay, I thought that it was surprising low

Just seen the ROTJ R2... But will wait until the sales thread appears. Although in my impatience waiting for a ROTJ one i bought a Tri-Logo one... Bit like a bus nothing for ages then two at once...

You think £50 was cheap for the playdough set then Spoons?, I presume it was a tidier box though, you think £40 is a fair price for the one I have - rancid playdough included urgh!

Could you also let me know when your carded figures are up for sale and the pricing is done as i too will be interested... Not in the R2 as monkey has already claimed him, but defo the others.
