It looks real to me and in great condition from the picture, never easy to know for sure with pictures like this and hopefully someone else will be able to give their opinion.

Looking around at some more examples of this figure the bubble placement looks to be fine (for the unpainted neck 41 back offer less), and also all the pictures of Leia look a bit fuzzy so I'm thinking it's good.
