I heard that Frank forces his wife and kids to slip into giant plastic bags and then places them into a big brown mailer box before they go to sleep of an evening.

Even though his obsession for items sealed in plastic is a little worrying at times you can't deny Frank is a stand up bloke, honest to the core and a credit to the hobby!
