I agree. I do a lot of Lego minifigure shipping and up to a few weeks ago sealing 1 figure in a standard envolope and using a first class stamp was fine, suddenly because the envolope is thicker than a bit of paper i have to use a parcel sevice which is 69 pence, not much but that is 9 pence more for nothing. To top it off having not realised this they then slap a £1 handling fee on top so the letter can be delivered and in two cases recently three weeks after i posted them.... three weeks where the hell was it being handled - THE MOON.

Me 3 thanks Pete, I would make a template on ply or acrylic & stick it on so it lasts if I were you guys, that's what I am going to do
